Weekly Inspection Service

How does it work?

Our experienced inspectors check once a week for:

  • Windows and doors for cracks, leaks, and to be sure they are locked
  • Air conditioners and humidistats for proper settings and to make sure they are working
  • Refrigerators to see if they are running and property set. Or if you prefer to turn off, we make sure the door is open
  • Drains and commodes flushed weekly to prevent seals from drying out
  • Insects and rodents, report and findings to your or your condo manager
  • Turn main water off upon leaving
  • Hurricane inspections and coordination with insurance companies
  • Same inspector every week who knows your condo or home
